What Are Sidekick Workflow Audits?

Sidekick’s Workflow Audits page provides you an overview of all the Sidekick Workflows that have ever been created, by any User, on your organization’s Sidekick account.

To navigate to the Workflow Audits page, click on the dropdown menu on the upper-right hand corner of your Sidekick homepage, and select “Workflow Audits” from the options.

For each Workflow, you can view basic details like the Workflow Name and the date it was created.

The Status column will show you whether any listed Workflow was successfully “completed”, or “not completed”.

“Workflow completed” means that the specific workflow ran successfully, right from the workflow creation to the Sidekick message being delivered on your Slack/ MS Teams.

Click on the “Details” button next to any “completed workflow” to view the flow of activities that Sidekick performed to complete that workflow successfully.

“Workflow not completed” means that for some reason, that specific workflow did not run successfully and Sidekick did not message you on Slack/ MS Teams for it.

Click on the “Details” button next to any “not completed” workflow. You will see a red dot on top of the specific activity because of which the Workflow failed, as well as the reason it failed at that point.
