What Are HubSpot Properties On Sidekick?

This page provides you an overview of all your HubSpot Properties that are currently synced with your Sidekick account. 

To navigate to the HubSpot Properties page, click on the dropdown menu on the upper-right corner of your Sidekick homepage, and select HubSpot Properties from the options.

For each Property, you can view details such as: 

  • Property Name: as it appears on your HubSpot CRM
  • Internal Value: as it appears on your HubSpot CRM
  • Object Type: linked to each Property 
  • Description: The internal description assigned by your organization for each Property  

Sidekick auto-syncs newly created or edited properties from your HubSpot CRM on a weekly basis. This ensures that your HubSpot properties are never outdated, and are accurately used in Sidekick’s workflows, templates, and filters.

Pro-tip: Trying to add a specific Property in a Sidekick Template or Filter, but not able to find it? It’s most likely that your HubSpot CRM has some newly created or recently edited Properties, since you first synced your HubSpot account with Sidekick. There’s a simple solution for this: Just click on the Sync HubSpot Properties button on the upper-right corner of this page. This will manually sync any recently created or edited Properties from your HubSpot CRM back into Sidekick. This helps Sidekick run efficiently and accurately for you.
