To navigate to the Settings page, click on the dropdown menu on the top-right corner of your Sidekick homepage, and select Settings from the options.

Here, you will see five different tabs on the left-side panel of the page: Integrations, Profile, Users, Billing, and Global Settings.
Let’s walk through the Billing setting.
1. Manage your Plan: This setting gives you a quick view of your Sidekick subscription:
- Whether your organisation is subscribed to Sidekick’s Free Plan or Pro Plan
- Last invoice paid amount
- Clicking on the green Manage Subscription button will take you to Sidekick’s Customer Billing portal, where you can view your current subscription cost, add/edit a payment method, view billing information, and invoice history
- Option to cancel your Sidekick Subscription. If canceled, your plan will remain active till the end of the current subscription period and will not renew thereafter.
2. Plan Details: An overview of what features are included in Sidekick’s Free Plan and Pro Plan.
3. Usage in Billing Cycle: Overview of your organisation’s cumulative usage on Sidekick, in the present billing cycle.
