Billing Settings

The Settings page on Sidekick lets you view and edit details about your Sidekick Account, Profile, Users, and Billing.

To navigate to the Settings page, click on the dropdown menu on the upper-right hand corner of your Sidekick homepage, and select “Settings” from the options.

Here, you will see four different tabs on the left side of the page: Accounts, Profile, Users, and Billing. Only those Users who have been assigned the “Role Name” of “Billing Admin” on Sidekick, will be able to access the “Billing” page. 

Let’s walk through the Billing settings.

Sidekick Billing Settings

On this page, you will see which Sidekick plan your organization is currently subscribed to: the “Free Plan”, or “Pro Plan”. You will also be able to see the features available in each plan. 

You can manage your subscription from this page by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” green button. This will take you to Sidekick’s Customer Billing Portal where you can:

  • See the expiry date of your current Sidekick subscription 
  • Add a payment method
  • View and edit your billing information 
  • See a history of all the payments you have made to Sidekick till date

Lastly, you can choose to cancel your Sidekick subscription from this page, if you wish to. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” red button. You will then be asked to confirm your action to cancel.

Once canceled, your plan will remain active till the end of the current subscription month and will not renew.
