Sidekick Platform Overview

Once you log in to Sidekick, your homepage will display:

Your Sidekick Setup: This section shows you whether your HubSpot, Slack and MS Teams integration is completed. It also shows you if your User Mapping has been completed accurately. These integrations are integral to Sidekick working properly for you. 

Your Active Workflows: This is a snapshot of the Workflows that are currently active for you. The green “All Workflows” button will take you to the Workflows page. 

Popular Use Cases: Snapshot of a few popular Sidekick use cases, fully configured. Click on the “Learn More” button under any use case for an overview and option to replicate that workflow. Clicking on the green “All Use Cases” button will take you to the Sidekick Use Case Library. 

The bottom of the homepage has options to help you get the most out of Sidekick as you get started:

The upper panel of your Sidekick homepage has the following tabs:

Workflows: Clicking on this will take you to Sidekick’s Workflow page, displaying a list of your workflows, along with options to create, edit and delete workflows. [Learn more]

Templates: Clicking on this will take you to Sidekick’s Templates page, displaying a list of your templates, along with options to create, edit, delete and test templates. [Learn more]

Deal Rooms: This page lets you enable automatic creation of a Slack channel when a deal is created on your HubSpot. [Learn more]

Auto Sync Slack Connect: This page lets you enable automatic tracking and logging of messages from your Slack Connect channels into HubSpot, on a daily basis. When activated, messages from these channels will be logged against the mapped contacts of the corresponding Slack Connect users. [Learn more]

Use Case Library: A library of some of our most popular use cases, pre-built to quickly get you started. Read through them and if they fit your use case, you can quickly replicate. You can always tweak any of the components to exactly match your properties, destination channels or even the template body. [Learn more]
