Sidekick Platform Overview

When you login to Sidekick, you’ll be directed to your Sidekick homepage which provides an overview of:

Your Sidekick Setup: This section shows you whether your HubSpot, Slack and MS Teams integration is completed. It also shows you if your User Mapping has been completed accurately. These integrations are integral to Sidekick working properly for you. 

Your Workflows: This section provides you a quick view of the Workflows you have created on Sidekick, as on date. You also have the option to edit, test, turn on/off for any Workflow, or even create a new Workflow.

Message Templates: This section provides you an overview of all the Templates that have been created on your Sidekick account, as on date. You also have an option to edit, test or create a new Template from the homepage itself.

Talk To Us: This section provides you with a calendar link to book a time with us whenever you need to, so we can help you make the most out of your Sidekick account.

The upper panel of your Sidekick homepage will have the following tabs:

Workflow: Clicking on this will take you to Sidekick’s Workflow page, where you can view a list of your current Workflows, and create a new Workflow. [Learn more]

Templates: Clicking on this will take you to Sidekick’s Templates page, where you can view a list of your current message Templates, and create a new Template. [Learn more]

Webhook Subscription: Clicking on this will take you to Sidekick’s Webhook Subscription page, where you can view a list of your current Subscriptions, and create a new Subscription. [Learn more]

The upper-left corner of your Sidekick homepage, has a downward arrow dropdown with the following options:
