When creating a new Sidekick Workflow, scroll down to the section titled Choose template for message.

Use the dropdown menu to review the list of existing templates and choose the one that suits the workflow you are creating. If you need to make small tweaks in this template, simply click on the Edit button.
To create an entirely new template, click on the blue New Template button.
To view a list of all your existing templates, click on the blue View All Templates button.
Pro-tip: If you don’t see an existing template you’re looking for in the dropdown menu, double-check to ensure that you’ve selected the correct object type. For example, templates created for Contacts wont be visible if Deals is chosen as the object type for the new workflow.
