Webhook Subscriptions allow you to create event-based triggers for your workflows, When you create an account on Sidekick, it creates 6 Webhook Subscriptions by default. These Subscriptions can be used as triggers in any Event Based Workflow.
Default Subscriptions are:
- Contact Create
- Contact Delete
- Company Create
- Company Delete
- Deal Create
- Deal Delete
On Sidekick’s “Webhook Subscriptions” page, you can view a list of all the pre-configured Subscriptions, as well as any Subscriptions created by you or other users from your organization.
For each Subscription listed here, you’ll have the option to:
- Turn a Subscription on or off.
- Click on the “Details” button to view its description, along with a summary of the last five Webhook Subscriptions and which Sidekick workflows each event triggered.
Pro-tip: If you’re having trouble sorting through multiple Subscriptions to find what you need, filter your search with “Object Type” (Contact, Company or Deal).
